Introduction


Today in Gym Tips, I am going to give you some tips related to the gym diet plan in which I will tell you full gym diet plan, from rising in the morning to sleeping at night.

If you are a beginner in the gym then you should follow this diet plan for 1 week; You will see the effect. If you already do gym classes, after trying this diet plan, you will be able to enjoy your gym session with full energy. You will see the effect in 5 days.

Well, I'm not going to tell you about steroids and gym powder here. If you follow me, I am going to tell you about the gym diet plan here that you will never get weak from inside; Whether you leave the gym in the future.



My personal tips


If you are bodybuilding for fast bodybuilding then stay away from all these. Even we should stay away from the gym powder. If you have to do body mass gain for a professional reason (wrestling, bodybuilding show), then you use branded gym powder but for the limited time period.
Today's my gym bodybuilding diet plan is quite simple and natural that will come in everyone's budget. This diet plan is related to our normal daily diet plan, which one can use.
In this gym diet meal plan, I have included all the necessary factors like vitamin, carbs, protein, fiber, and minerals so that your whole body needs essential nutrients


Making friends body is a penance in itself, for this, you have to maintain a well-planned diet along with discipline. Your dedication to your body will give you an attractive body. For this, you have to control your mind along with your body.


So let's start


Pre and Post Gym workout diet


Morning


When we got up in the morning, we first created the habit of drinking 1/2 liter or more water. This habit of the morning will strengthen your body's metabolism process. The stronger your body's metabolism system will be, the better your body cells will convert the necessary nutrients/food into energy fuel.

After being fresh, you start your day with a handful of gram and jaggery. You can also take cashew nuts or almonds.



Breakfast


Breakfast should be strong in the morning. You have to complete your breakfast by 9 o'clock.

What to take in the breakfast?

bread
eggs
peanut butter
omelet
milk
banana
You can plan items on the top. And on different days of the week, you can take them. You can take bread + eggs someday, you can take bread + peanut butter + milk, sometimes you can take bread + egg + banana.

The top items for breakfast in the morning is perfect.


11 am Snacks 

Your diet plan should be something that should be called after 3 hours. We eat mostly after a long long interval and ate once in a while, but it is wrong. We should take small meals.

After 2 hours of breakfast, take a small meal in which you can take snacks. By Snacks, I mean you can also take fruits or nuts. You can also take the oats biscuits which contain plenty of fiber. You can also take normal biscuits.

Drinking water

No matter how busy the schedule is, you have to drink water throughout the day, it is very important. So drink water.

Lunch

For lunch, you can take your usual diet like -

rice
lentils
Vegetable
egg / fish / meat
Salad [tomato, cucumber, lemon]

Drink water after 40 minutes of lunch. Do not drink water immediately.

Diet before gym in the evening 

Before going to the gym, you have to take Protein shake | Along with this, some more important items will be included in the like-

Cashew
Almond
banana
white egg [only the white part]
As I said at the beginning of this article, I am going to tell you a complete Indian diet plan. Therefore protein shake will also be natural in the house. I'm not going to talk about the protein shake found in the market here. By the way, if you want to take from the market, take the branded items.

So let us now know about the protein shakes created in the house which is made of natural home and which will strengthen you from inside till long life.
 Keep in mind that you have to take 40 minutes before going to the protein shake gym. If you like to go in the morning, then you take it 40 minutes earlier.

Protein shake 1

"The Bihari recipe"> SATTU

Yes, Friends, in SATTU, you will find protein + carb + fiber and this is the most popular and preferred protein shake.

How to make

Take Sattu [50 gm] Then add salt, almonds, green or black pepper, coriander, lemon into the water and shake it for 50 minutes. You can take a small amount of sugar for taste.

Your natural protein shake is ready, drink it now and enjoy the taste. !! I hope you like it.

Protein shake 2

Protein shake 1 If you do not like, then take another tasty protein shake of Domestic remedy. For this, you will -

oats [oats]
banana
milk
peanuts [almond]
grapes [grapes]
water
dates [date]
light sugar for taste
Mix all the above items in milk and shake it for 5 minutes. Take your protein shake ready. Enjoy your drink!

Now its time for the workout - BEST OF LUCK [must be taken along with water]

This was a pre-workout diet plan, now know post-workout gym diet plan which you have to take after a gym session.

After workout [post workout gym diet plan]

What is most needed after a gym session is a protein? For this, you can take Eggs {white part}. You can eat eggs with rice and lentils.

Along with this, there are some items that you can take like-
Dates [dates] will also be beneficial
You can also take a healthy juice
Dried fruits
Sweet potato [sweet potato]
fruits
chicken, fish pieces

Dinner

Dinner of the night you have to lighten. Generally, you can take bread or rice. In lightly you can also take paneer with rice or rice.

Some important things

* Eat meat or chicken

* In Eggs you only have to take the white part

* You can take potato parathas in weekends [preferably with butter, avoid oil]

* Sleep 8 hours is required

* Can take green tea for relaxation

Final words

I hope that today's gym diet plan will be beneficial to you. I have tried my best to tell you all the household items so that this diet plan will be in everyone's budget.

One thing to keep in mind is that 'Rome was not built in a day'. You do not have to hurry for the result. Be patient, stay in discipline and proceed with a plan; The result will definitely be found. And this result will make you stronger from inside which you will not be able to make powder from the market.
